With the RRD S54 ITB to M54 Adapter, you can now properly add the S54 ITB and Airbox induction system to your M54 based engine.
The adapter plate comes with:
RRD CNC Aluminum M54 cylinder head to S54 ITB adapter plate
Hardware (Screws, washers, o-rings)
The S54 DBW Actuator mount is still in design, and will be in production soon.
Please note, there are some other changes required to install the S54 ITB's onto the M54:
-Swapping your M54 oil filter housing for a M50/S50/S52 oil filter housing. The plastic M54 oil filter cap cannot be removed due to the S54 throttle position sensor being in the way.
-Modification of the back side of the S54 throttle position sensor to clear the intake vanos solenoid connector.
If ordered with DBW Actuator, it will come with:
-Billet aluminum 7075 bracket that bolts to the M50/M52/S50/S52/M54 engine block in order to bolt the S54 Drive-By-Wire (DBW) actuator to.
